What is happening with love?

People fear love more than almost any other fear worldwide.
This may be because of a broken heart that never fully healed,
or a lack of support during the recovery process.

Yet, despite these challenges, people still believe in love.

  • 94% of Americans want love and believe in love.

  • 55% of Americans are pessimistic about finding lasting love.

  • About 90% of relationships eventually fail.

  • 40–50% of couples seek counseling.

  • 30–50% of couples divorce even after counseling.

  • Nearly 60% of marriages report being unhappy.

So what is really happening with love?

Simplifying Stress in Life and Relationships

I like to simplify things in life. No matter how complicated a situation
may be, I always seek easy solutions. I believe stress is something
most people struggle with—and few really know how to manage it.
Stress shows up at your door and invites itself into your life. Its energy
is intense and persistent. Maybe there’s a reason for it, but I try not to
overanalyze.

Stress isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, so my strategy is simple:
I focus on keeping myself calm with minimal effort. That’s exactly
what my calming system does. Couples don’t both have to use it
for it to work, but it’s remarkable to see what happens when they do.

When one or both partners use the system, the entire relationship shifts.
Calmness changes how we respond to negativity, so the relationship
moves to a neutral—or even positive—space. Previous conflicts lose
their power. Couples remember why they came together, begin
enjoying each other’s company again, and love becomes what it’s
meant to be: joyful, not stressful.

Why does this occur so easily? Because stress has no power when
you do not react to it. That’s how simple it is. However, if you try to
practice non-reacting without a calming support intact, you may
eventually experience health issues from the constant strain stress
places on the body.

Using my calming system helps you avoid reacting to stress, and
even if you do react, the feeling quickly fades and loses its power.
